1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the boos96 platform — including the website, mobile app and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This document applies to all registered users as well as visitors without an account.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. boos96 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and such changes will take effect as soon as they are published.

Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always on the latest version.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use boos96's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Residing in a country where online betting activities are legally permitted.
• Have never had an account banned or suspended by boos96 previously.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not an employee, agent or affiliate of boos96 or its parent company.

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of remaining balances without notice.

Boos96 conducts a rigorous KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Users may be required to submit identification documents such as a national ID, passport, or proof of address to verify their identity. All documents are handled securely and kept confidential.

3 Deposit Policy

All deposits made at boos96 must use a payment method registered in the user's own name. boos96 does not accept third-party deposits. Supported deposit methods include FPX, Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, Touch & Go eWallet, GrabPay, and USDT.

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM 30.
• No daily maximum deposit limit is set as a general rule, but limits may be applied individually based on risk profile.
• Deposits via FPX and e-wallets are typically processed within 1–5 minutes.
• Boos96 does not charge any deposit processing fees.
• Any deposit made in error or through fraudulent means will be investigated and may be refunded subject to an administrative fee deduction.

Boos96 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all financial information. Your card or bank account data is not stored on our servers — all transactions are processed through payment gateways with internationally recognised security certifications.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Boos96 is committed to processing all withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. Withdrawals are processed within 3 to 10 minutes for most cases, subject to required security checks.

• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM 50.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the boos96 account.
• Users who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays or limits on withdrawal amounts.
• Boos96 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through unlawful or fraudulent means will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

Boos96 does not charge users any withdrawal fees. However, the recipient bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges beyond our platform's control.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Boos96 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including first deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, odds boosters, and a referral programme. Each promotion is subject to specific terms stated on the respective promotions page.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (wagering requirement) as specified — please review the individual promotion terms before claiming.
• Bonuses may only be used by valid, verified account holders.
• Users who abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will be disqualified and their accounts terminated.
• Boos96 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Unused bonuses will automatically expire at the end of their validity period and cannot be restored.

6 Accepted User Conduct

All boos96 users are required to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly on the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to manipulate games or wagering.
• Communicating in a rude, threatening, racist or harassing manner toward other users or boos96 staff.
• Attempting to hack, infiltrate or disrupt boos96's systems and servers.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial purposes.
• Sharing your account login credentials with others or allowing someone else to use your account.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain — any discovered bugs must be reported to the support team.

Boos96 continuously monitors user activity using an advanced fraud detection system. Any account suspected of violations will be temporarily suspended for investigation, and boos96 reserves the right to terminate the account if a violation is confirmed.

7 Account Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and boos96. Our platform protects your account with end-to-end encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA), but you also need to play your part.

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Never share your password or OTP code with anyone, including boos96 staff. Our staff will never ask for such information.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to the boos96 support team immediately.

Boos96 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. If your account is compromised due to sharing of login information, boos96 reserves the right not to replace any lost funds.

8 Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on the boos96 platform — including but not limited to designs, logos, graphics, text, images, source code, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of boos96 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law.

• You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or republish any content from boos96 without prior written consent.
• The trade names, brands, and logos of boos96 are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorisation.
• Any copyright infringement will be subject to appropriate legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

Boos96 provides the betting platform on an "as-is" basis with no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or data loss at all times. To the extent permitted by law, boos96 is not liable for:

• Direct or indirect financial losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, natural disasters or circumstances beyond our control.
• Betting decisions disputed after the designated appeal period has expired.
• Losses resulting from a user's negligence in maintaining their account security.

10 Account Termination & Suspension

Boos96 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time and for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Fraud, hacking, or any attempt to deceive the platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Holding multiple accounts.
• Suspected activity related to money laundering.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the boos96 support team via live chat. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and security checks are completed.

11 Amendment of Terms

Boos96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. boos96 will endeavour to notify users of material changes via in-platform notifications or email, though this does not constitute an absolute obligation.

12 Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which boos96 is registered. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the established procedures.
